A real 5 by 5 puzzle from the practice set, before you start. Each number is a run of filled squares in that line, in order. Fill the right squares and a picture appears, with its name revealed at the end. Every puzzle has exactly one answer and can be solved a line at a time, without guessing.

Good to know
Is the daily puzzle really free?
Yes. Today's puzzle is never locked. The pass adds the archive, practice pictures, full stats and themes.
Does the pass renew?
No. It is a single $4 payment with no subscription. Your key is checked against our key service and remembered in your browser.
Where is my progress saved?
In your browser only (local storage). We keep no accounts and see no personal data. Clearing site data clears streaks.
When does a new puzzle appear?
At midnight on your own device clock, the same picture for everyone on that calendar date.
Do I have to guess?
No. Every puzzle is checked to be solvable one line at a time. If you want help, use a hint (marked on your result), the solving guide, or the free solver that explains any puzzle step by step.
Is it based on another game?
Nonograms (also called picross) are an old puzzle family. Stencil's pictures, daily schedule, scoring and interface are our own.
What if it doesn't work for me?
