A real list, made with the live app on 9 Oct 2026

Four items from a sample workspace, sorted by what needs doing next:

  • Business insurance (Priya), $960 a year. Notice window closed. The last day to cancel was Wed 30 Sep 2026, and it renews Fri 30 Oct 2026.
  • Accounting software (Sam), $312 a year. Notice window closed. The last day to cancel was Sun 4 Oct 2026, and it renews Tue 3 Nov 2026.
  • Studio lease (Priya), $14,400 a year. Cancel within 52 days (by Mon 30 Nov 2026) for the Sun 28 Feb 2027 renewal (90 days notice).
  • example.studio domain (Sam), $18 a year. Renews in 54 days, no notice needed.

The paid totals line for these four: $15,690 a year across 4 live items; $14,418 in 2 renewals you can still cancel in the next 60 days; and $1,272 already committed because 2 notice windows have closed.

The calendar feed for this list holds an all-day event for each cancel-by and renewal date, for example Last day to cancel: Studio lease (renews 2027-02-28) on 30 Nov 2026 with three alarms.

The date that actually matters

Most reminders fire on the renewal date, which is too late. Renewal Radar counts back by your notice period and shows the last day to cancel.

Reminders in the calendar you already use

Subscribe to your private feed once. Alarms land in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar, so there is no inbox to keep clean and no email address to hand over.

See what is already locked in

The paid totals show your yearly spend, what you can still cancel in the next 60 days, and what is committed because the window closed.

Your data stays on a server, not in a browser tab

Items are saved the moment you act. Clearing your browser cannot lose them, and your private workspace link opens them on any device.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need an account or an email address?

No. A workspace is a private link, and the calendar feed is a private address. We never ask for or store an email address or name. The trade-off is that if you lose your workspace link on the free plan, we cannot recover it, so save it. Paid buyers can also restore with their key.

How accurate are the dates?

They are exact calendar-day arithmetic on what you enter: renewal date minus notice days, rolled forward by the term. The result is only as right as the contract details you type in. Notice may have to be in writing or received by the deadline, so check your contract. This is a reminder tool, not legal advice.

How fast do calendar changes appear?

Calendar apps check subscribed feeds on their own schedule, often every few hours and sometimes up to a day with Google. Changes show up automatically, but not instantly.

What does the free plan include?

Five items, the full calendar feed and the backup downloads. The paid plan raises the limit to 200 and adds the yearly spend and money-at-risk totals.

How do I cancel the paid plan?

Cancel the subscription from the link in your Stripe receipt. Your workspace keeps working on the free plan and nothing is deleted. See the refund policy in the page footer.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If it doesn't work as described or you can't access it, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. See the refund policy for details.
