Plainwork / Renewal Radar / Renewal Radar app: cancel-by dates

Renewal Radar

Keep every contract, subscription, domain and licence in one list, see the last day you can cancel each one, and get those dates in your own calendar. Your renewals are stored on our server and open from any device with your workspace link.

How it works

  1. Create a free workspace. You get a private link: save it, because it is your only way back in. There is no email and no password.
  2. Add each item with its renewal date, how long a term is, and the notice period in your contract. Renewal Radar works out the cancel-by date.
  3. Subscribe to your private calendar feed once. Cancel-by dates and renewals then appear in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar with alarms.
  4. When something renews on its own the dates roll forward. For things you renew by hand, press I renewed it.

What is kept, and what is not

We keep the items you type and the server time of each change. We do not store an email address, your name or your IP address. The dates are reminders worked out from what you enter, so they are only as right as the contract details you give. Your contract always wins, and this is not legal advice. Want to check a single date first? Use the free cancel-by date calculator.

Free and paid

The free plan holds 5 items and includes the full calendar feed. The paid plan is $6 a month for up to 200 items, plus yearly spend and money-at-risk totals. See the plan.
