For freelancers and small studios: write a priced change order, send a no-login approval link, and keep a timestamped record of what the client agreed to.

Made for
Who it's for
Say yes or no to extra work, in writing
Every request becomes one page with a fee and a number of days, so extra work stops being free by accident.
Your client does not make an account
They open a link, type their name and press a button. Nothing to install and nothing to remember.
A record that cannot quietly change
Editing after sending kills the old link and raises the revision, and approved change orders are locked, so the answer always matches the text it was given to.
Your data stays on a server, not in a browser tab
Change orders are saved on our server the moment you act. Clearing your browser cannot lose them, and your private workspace link opens them on any device.

Questions
Good to know
What happens after I pay?
The page after payment shows your key. Copy it, open the app, choose Settings and backup, paste the key under Paid key and press Unlock paid plan. (That page may mention an x-api-key header and the docs: that is for developers, so ignore it.) The key stays tied to that workspace, and on a new device you can paste it on the start screen with Restore from key. Paid unlocks up to 1,000 change orders and the running total of approved fees and days; the free plan keeps 3.
Is a typed name a legal signature?
No. It is a timestamped record that a named person chose Approve on specific terms. It is not a certified electronic signature and not legal advice. If your contract needs a formal signature, use a signature service as well.
What happens if I change a change order after sending it?
The old link stops working and the revision number goes up. You send the new link. A client can never approve text that was changed afterwards.
Where is my data kept, and what if I lose my workspace link?
On our server, in a private workspace. The link is the only way in on the free plan, so save it. On the paid plan you can restore access on a new device by pasting your paid key. You can also download a JSON backup at any time.
What do you store about my client?
The name and optional note they type, and the time they answered. We do not store their IP address, email or device details.
How do I cancel?
Cancel the subscription from the receipt email Stripe sends you. Your free workspace and your backup keep working; the free plan holds 3 change orders.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If it doesn't work as described or you can't access it, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. See the refund policy for details.
