Change Order Desk

Turn "can you also..." into a priced change order, send your client a link, and keep a timestamped record of what they approved. Your change orders are stored on our server and open from any device with your workspace link.

How it works

1. Create a free workspace. You get a private link: save it, because it is your only way back in.
2. Write the change order: what is changing, the extra fee and the extra days. Press Save and get approval link.
3. Send the link to your client. They type their name and press Approve or Decline. No account, no app.
4. You see the answer here with the time it was recorded and a fingerprint of the exact terms they saw.

What is kept, and what is not

We keep the change orders you write, the name and note a client types when they answer, and the server time of each step. We do not store the client's IP address, device details or email. Editing a change order after sending stops the old link and raises the revision number, so nobody can approve text that was changed afterwards. An approved change order is locked. This is a record of agreement, not legal advice and not a certified electronic signature: if your contract needs one, use a signature service as well.

Free and paid
