Plainwork / Stand-In Binder / Free emergency one-pager maker (printable)

Emergency one-pager maker

One printable page with the facts a neighbour, paramedic or sibling needs first: who to call, which doctor and pharmacy, allergies as a doctor told you, who has a key, where the papers are. Type into the boxes, watch the page fill in, and print it for the fridge door or save it as a PDF. It runs in your browser: nothing you type is sent anywhere, and what you type is kept in this browser only so it is still here next time.

Please read. Write only what you know for certain, copied from labels and what a doctor told you. This page does not give medical, legal or financial advice and does not replace a medical ID or the paperwork your doctor or lawyer asks for. It records where things are, so do not type passwords, PINs or full account numbers. This is the free one-pager. The full Stand-In Binder has the other 34 sheets: medicines list, bills and accounts map, document locations, home, digital, and the sibling hand-off pages.

Where to keep it

Put the printed page where a stranger would look first: on the fridge door, next to the landline, or in a clear sleeve by the front door. Put a copy in your own phone as a photo. Check it every three months and any time a number, a doctor or a medicine changes. If you want a private version, print it and keep it in a sealed envelope that you hand to one person; the binder's three access levels (shelf, drawer, sealed envelope) are explained in the guide.
